I hope you don't pay a lot for that gym! Also stick the incline on then it won't be as hard going when it comes to the test.

That power bar looks a good option. Can't see why you wouldn't be allowed to use that.

I'm not sure you want to gain weight. 12 stone is fine for the marines and I seem to recall Artist saying that by week 32 everyone is built like a racing snake. I'm sure people will be able to give you tips but just remember that being bigger and more muscular may slow down your times. Will also ...

I did the same and got an email the next day stating it was out of print. I have seen it kicking around ebay for upwards of twenty pound which is taking the mick.

Does anyone own the book and have a scanner I'm sure a lot of guys on here would like to read it and be very thankful.

When you have shore leave do you have too be back on base for a set time on the Saturday or can you return on the Sunday? If you can come back on Sunday then why book a room in a travel lodge in a non forces city and let your hair down there. If you split the cost it won't be that much. And travel ...

Targets help. If you have a goal too work towards it makes the whole thing a lot more fun.

People may disagree with me here but I would wait six months before putting in the real hard training this way you won't get bored with it. Lets just say you work hard for the next 6 months and get your ...

PRMC Swim Test question

Just a quick question. When you do your 50m breast stroke swim do you have to keep your head above the water at all times?

I ask this as when I swim I exhale under water after each stroke.

Thanks.
