A simple answer is to this is just drink plenty of skim milk through the day. plenty of protein dense calories there. Easy to add weight. As you won't be able to have your shakes in RT, milk is a better.

Don't forget, 8 hours is the maximum time allowed, so it is usually done faster, and you have to do the map reading on the 30 miler too.

If I was you I'd leave the weights out and concentrate on doing press ups. That is what is required.
Looking and your bench numbers/weights you really concentrate moving your own bodyweight first. Press ups utilse roughly 70% of your bodyweight. Work on them until you can do at least 3 sets ...

Zinc Oxide tape is better than plasters for blisters. Also if you can get Betadine spray, that coud be useful for any blisters, scratches or cuts you get, and will very useful in RT.
If you are prone to blisters take a pin and a lighter so you can dran them, zap the with betadine and then tape them ...
