19th November dont know what channel the poor bloke attemped the endurance course yesterday with my troop should be a good watch.

Week 31 next week endurance course done.

Its changed lads, Basically you do it on week 14 and completely skip Running man (thank f@#k) but its 3 nights instead of 1 in the field now.
Also means more chance to pass.

What I say mate is train more focused around running.
Plain and simple.

Do sprints,3 milers in a time limit and 10/12 mile jogs
Then do the odd 1.5 to test yourself.
2 months hardwork and a passion to achieve is what will get you in.

Get on a Rowing Machine mate.
Those things are evil!!!!!
But do the job of shedding weight and getting you fit.

Also talk to the gym instructors, when I was 16 they helped me a lot!
They'll tell you what you need to know.

Not a lot at all really just run around in a big circle waving your arms about and touching the floor of what I can remember.

That should be your last worry, the 3 miler if you train will be easy.
