Try reading the book by Marine Mark Ormrod called "Man Down" Fantastic read!! can't fault it.

Fairy-dust I would have definitely carried on but who knows whether I would have passed the 32 weeks of training, I felt confident on getting far and probably wouldn't give up easily and do my best to pass but something could always come up un-expected mate

So far we have had to guys MD'ed because of lower back injuries, some of the lads have tendenitus in ther arms because of rope climbing but thats it really mate, the rest is just the usual stuff ie blisters etc

Yeh thats the lad Fo0q, he is quiet but when he speaks he comes out with some funny stuff and is a good lad.
