well this is a pretty long story but I'm going to tell it all from the start, in August I decided to give up endurance training in preparation for joining the reserves next year and decided to take up sprinting (400m).

i got 14.7 at the sports centre around 2 months ago. i find the best workout for improving my bleep test score is sprinting around a football pitch with 1 minute rest between each lap, start off with 5 reps and add 1 each week, when you reach around 15 start to cut the rest down.

alright calm down! they do had a use actully, aslong as you keep the arm you are doing them on close to your rib cage it will build strength in the triceps which are used in marine press ups and my max amount of reps without stopping has increased from 31 to 40 without doing any other training so ...

i finally mastered the art of these lil buggers couple of days ago now i can bang out 11! balance is the key and the opposite leg to the arm being used must be WIDE! i suggest anyone who is struggling wid these to do 2 maximum set on each arm about 3 times a day monday to friday the rest on the ...

thanks but i personally think it is easier for someone my age to get good fitness scores as long as they have been training because a- younger people are always active, doing something because of school especially boys who are always playing football
and b- we have about 3-4 hours of pe every week ...
