Borisimo Im going Para again. dylanredefined i spoke to a TA bloke and he said that going to jail was not true, he said youd probably be charged and booted. and if you are a student of any kind the chances are you don't have to go to war. Or you could just run to the bahamas

So if you were mobilized compulsary. And you said i am moving abroad would you get away with that? seems valid enough for me. and what if your only in 5 hours of education a week would you get away with that?

But surley if you were mobilized, you could not just go, you cant be put in jail for it? although i thought thats why people joined TA to go war etc...
if it were me id just say no if i didnt want to go, whats the worst they can do?

Last i heard the navy have a 17 year plan to make nuclier subs and are currently designing new battle cruisers, this is coming from not one source but many. i aint sayin its all true but i dont think they are getting budget cuts, they are doing it to the army instead.

Im not a admiral or nothing ...

I spoke to a recruiter today and he said this is all balls**t. they were only thinking of doing it. But he said they aint anymore.

ben i spoke to rob hes dead set on 131 isnt he. you made your decision then, i pm you in a mo. one question though to rmr people after having received the green lid is it possible to just simply leave. and never be mobilized, not that i would ever do that its just that people are sayin you can leave ...

its ashame really that the US do that , but with an army as massive as theres i suppose it would cost billions and billions to undertake the sort of training the brits, germans etc do.
