Your running times are great. Im still trying to get my 1.5 mile down from 11 minutes and it feels like it will never go down. But I just need keep at it.
This site is full of information on getting better at phys if you need help with that.
But your targets are fine. You have Plenty of time left ...

I am sorry as this question has most probably been asked a billion times, but can someone please tell me how long after an applicant has sent off his application and medical forms can he expect an answer from the AFCO.
