Yeah Exertion headaches are rubbish....... i was ont the Leg Press pushing out the max (usual 15 reps but i was having a bad gym day and on the second set and the 7-8th push my head (central so could not feel it plus no control) throbbed and i had to drop the weights.

2 minutes later i felt weak ...

Well compared to most friends i know who went on a gap year my locations abroad seem rather dull although i did live in those locations apposed to backpacking.

don't mention that you have had mild asthma in the past. such as when you were 1 years old and got it as a result of croup...... as that will ground you from flying.

although if you have had it up to a certain age and still stuff then you godda think about others.

Scotty here - SWA was a spontaneous thought an acronym for Student windsurfing association.
