well i'll tell you anyway. Ive been on ceremonial duties for the last two years but the RSM is sending a few of us in the Nijmegan company up to the AFC because of the lack of guardsman on the drill square.

I wouldn't have a gay in my unit. We had a bloke in training who tried touchin up his best mate, well..... i let the other guys kick the shit out of him. No one likes them incase you get buggured while asleep!!

Have you noticed how all officers from the household division 'know' each other. Its not because of the army but because of the pulic school relationship. They expect you to fit in, the guards' officer corps is very snobbirish!!

I'm in the grenadier guards. Only join the guards,paras or RGJ as a soldier. Best regiments in the army. Dont join a line infantry regiment full of thicko's. I'm in the grenadier guards! Join the guards but not a line infantry regiment, dont get looked after like you do in the guards. Guards are like a family to me. However better in than out of the army eh!
