Rather than asking questions about the role of the Raf regiment, this is really a question to any ex members or current ones, do you enjoy being in the Raf regiment, or do you have any regrets over joining.

Random question I know, but seems to make more sense seeing what serving people actually ...

i am thinking of joing the Raf Regiment next year, i have been told that all they do is guard planes and patrol air bases all day everyday, is this true or is there alot mor to the Regiment?
