I've got myself a decent iron

I havent got any speedos though, are they picky about it? The corporal on prmc said he was impressed with my union jack shorts

On my prmc I rested after getting to 50 (which must have been around the 1 minute mark) then sqeezed out 7 more but they were deducted for bad form, which leaves quite a bit of time staying in the arms locked position so as the others said its not a problem.
