About 2-3 years ago I did something to my ankle whilst running, hurt like hell and swelled up a treat, i carried on running on it, not just when i did it but multiple times afterwards as well (very stupid i know). Anyway it got to the point where ...

I dont really think it matters if every now and again a PRMC sounds as though as it may be a tad easier than another. There could be loads of reasons.

Well i was just going on what the owner of my local gym told me and he has over 35yrs in the trade.

But hey its up to you, and if it turns out that I am wrong - then you still can't blame me for trying to let you know, was only trying to help after all

Also remember that your body doesn't stop developing until your late teens (which is why most gyms wont allow the use of weights until you are 16) because over training can stunt growth / body (muscle & bone) development.
