too much running, not enough upper body

just a quick question, ive got POC at the end of this month, and have been training for it, i have no worry about the running side, but am shitting myself about the press ups, i can only do about 25 marines style tops before i need a break, can anyone reasuure/help me , so i can pass the RMFA ...

im in the same situation as you buddy - just finishing GCSE's and have a nice long break, but with the whole tabbing 20 miles thing on a sunday, dont you have anything else to do on a sunday, and why not go and play a sport instead, or just go out with your mates and play footie down the park.

xcj, i always break into a jog when pissed up on the way home or coming back from a party, i just get bored alone and when drunk you just run for ages and dont feel anything, you can also punch stuff really hard without feeling any pain aswell except the next day you have skinned and bleeding ...

i dont mean this to sound like bragging . this summer me and 4 other guys are cycling from Derby to Cornwall for charity, gonna be tough but it is a good excuse to make myself train and go out running more.

my fastest 3mile time is 19:13, and that was on road, i find running on a treadmill is nowhere near as hard as doing it outside

yeah, i was thinking about taking some maximuscle stuff over the summer - i heard maximuscle is the best stuff to use - to try and bulk up about , mostly because im a skinny git, but i'm contemplating whether to do so after this little thread.
