well said lads...you definitely do not need to be super human or super fit to pass...obviously the ftitter you are prior to arrival the better..but its also the determination side they are looking at the most..who quits and who doesnt, no matter how fit they are, do they have what it takes up stairs ...

whats the score with problems like "shin splints" in the first few weeks of training?..would you get MD'd on the spot or huntered?...any ideas?

Ive always been in two minds on this subject to..its abit like running in boots..personaly im just going to do as I was told by the people who know,after my prmc we had our fitness brief with the Cpl and that subject was brought up, as well as running in boots..and he just said no...no way..just run ...

yer try to out do the number of reps by a long way,this will prepare you for the prmc..its all about endurance,on my prmc we got alot of push ups alot of the time for various things and you need to be able to do them.you need to be capable of doing them most of the day and not just 60 for gym test 1 ...

another ugly...having to share the showers with hunter company..because our showers broke in the night...so we had to scurry across that little court yard to their block in our towels and through the snow at 5.30am.. :D

true..but its seriously painful...if im lucky ill be back running with in a week...but walking makes the blood pump to it..and that hurts..although I wont have finger nail for 6 months..nice..my boss dropped round my nail this morning..yummy...it still had te front tip of my finger hanging off it ...

hi guys...im struggeling...im starting RT on the 8th of May..and yesterday at work I had my right index finger crushed between to planks..ripped off the end of my finger and the nail...I didnt lose the end of my finger, just all the tissue...and is in a bad way..so sadly im off training for a while ...

hi dan...yer as prmhanson says..PRMC is tough and will demand alot of you..but not impossible..they push you easily out of your comfort zone..but if you prepare correctly and have the right attitude youl do fine..i found most stuff ok..
