A wee bit off subject but in the timetable it says the mile and a half is a circuit around camp, does anyone know if this is the same at Glencourse, someone told me that glencourse run is done on a single track, and you need to watch your footing as it can get boggy. Another a quick question
Just wondering, when you do your medical they check for a hernia, but what happens if you DO have one. Do you fail or get deferred and told to go away and get it fixed, or are you not allowed to join at any time.

Hi, thanks alot for all the feedback. We done a warm up of the route, we ran/walked for about halyway, than they showed us where we go, it was that hard (even for my poor fitness).
