im in 922 troop, we were the first one's to get those tracksuits and weve got quilts and new insoles aswell, come on the comfort troop :D ps. foundation is nasty

im starting my second week of training and i have to say that the main thing that gets you through is the rest of your troop and all the laughs you have at 2:00 am when your still ironing kit and have to be up at 5:30 am. :D

the thing i found helped me was not counting the press-ups, sit-ups etc. in my head and just doing them until you really, Really physically cant do any more. sounds weird but it did help.

forgot to mention, one lad failed the 3 miler by 8 seconds, but stayed and gave it 110% for the rest of the course and the corporal said that if he had passed the 3 miler he would of definately of passed so just to remind everyone who is going to do the prmc make sure you stay at the front and dont ...

the 3 miler was ran at a steady pace with a cheeky speed up at a small bank. my scores were press-ups - 34 sit-ups - 59 pull-ups - 4 v02 max - 11.2 people were droping out at different times over the two and a half days because it wasnt for them or they were just fragged and couldnt cope anymore. th...
