Filled one out for a mates son a few weeks back. You just do what it says on the card and hand it to the careers office.

Crack on with the running buddy. You won't knacker your knees in two years (providing you're sensible about your training), in fact you'll iron out any niggles that would otherwise affect you in recruit training.

Work on all round fitness. Visit your careers office and get a copy of the pre-PRMC ...

I'm off to 40 Cdo tomorrow, breaking for Christmas for two weeks on Friday. In the new year I'm off to Afghan on 16th January until the end of the tour as a BCR.

There's nothing like learning the hard way eh...

I passed out of CTC on Friday with 942 Troop.

I joined 14 months ago with 931 Troop and I've been in Hunter Company twice due to injuries.

To all of you - whatever stage of the ...

What sort of exercises can you do to improve how stong your core will be at carrying loads?

Yomping is about putting up with the discomfort. It never gets pleasant.

You get better by learning to switch off from the pain.

The only thing that I've found that helps is strengthening my chest. I'm ...

The old "Come on men, people would pay to do this" rings true.

Lympstone have started running corporate days, £1000 a pop for three days. The DS don't take it easy on them either - they overnight on Dartmoor and even get a free dunking thrown in - lucky barstewards.
