Although I am not a graduate, I do have four A-levels and am also hoping to gain a Core Commision at some stage, if I have the required attributes!
But regarding your quiery about if you bypass POC and AIB, you don't. You still have to do these. When I was in RT I was speaking to a guy who was in ...

Thanks guys. I know Fodd has previously made a post about 'effort' but I would like to reiterate this point.
I started RT in June last year and managed to pick up an injury in week 4 and then ended up in Hunter. I felt like crap because I had just started to get on well with people in my troop and ...

No, the only cash machine that charges is the one in the shop. The one at Barclays won't charge you, no mateer who you bank with.

When I was in RT, we watched a pass out and they said where everone was going. Three of the guys there were off to FPG at Faslane and this was only July last year, so I would presume this still stands.

Don't quote me on this but I am pretty sure you can. Some people wore contacts, and some wore glasses. They said it was personal preference. Most people prefer to wear glasses when doing phys.
Hope this helps

Went to see the chiropodist last night and he did say that I had flat feet! :(
Will this affect me getting in? I havn't had any problems so far, and didn't last time I was in RT.
Does anybody know anyone else who has flat feet who is training?

Just a quick question while we are on the subject.... how do you go about finding your local running/triathlon club? I have tried looking on the internet, but to no avail!

Regarding the PRMC and how it is run these days, I believe the only thing that keeps changing is the 3 mile run. I have just had my PRMC briefing last week and my Chief PO said that they are doing it 1.5 Mile squaded run and then best effort back. Everything else is the same, 3 miler on the first ...

Flat footed

I was recently round a friends house when his mother pointed out the fact that my feet are pretty flat. I have never noticed this before, but have had minor pain in my feet and do get cramp in my calf quite alot, but just thought it was normal. Would this pain be due to flat feet?
I was just ...
