HI, I would recommend either going on to the Army website, or the Parachute Regiment website, should answer most questions. Or you can always phone your local careers office, they generally know what thryre talking about and they might be able to send you some stuff out. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply, yeah thats what hes been doing, would you recoment just running then actual mile and a half, or longer just to try improve his stamina, bearing in mind that he cant run the mile and a half completey yet.

It depends on what level of fitness your at the now, and what your fitness goals are, wheather it be for the armed forces or just to get into shape or running a marathon. You have to work out what you aims are.

Alrite mate, some of my pals are Marines, and when they work out the concentrate a little more on swimming, so if i was you i would try and incorporate that into my programme. Also when you go to prmc then you are required to do over hand pull ups, i personally think theyre murder, so you should try...
