bloody good question mate. when you pass prmc you are given a white book titled "are you ready to join the royal marines" which also has a 10 week training program in the middle. it says in the book you have to take the completed diary with you to basic. if this is true then im going to be in the ...

thats what i thought dave. i dont think my fitness has changed dramatically since prmc so im not too worried and theres no chance of me being kicked out for not putting in enough effort. i did quite well on my prmc and was told i had a decent level of stamina/endurance. finished the assault course ...

alright lads, hows it goin? i start training the 21st aswell. does any body know if you can be kicked out if your fitness level is not as high as it was during prmc? my careers adviser told me you have to serve 28 days before you can quit so i was wondering if the same applies to being discharged.

i agree with sloth in concern to losing fitness twice as fast as it takes to gain it in the first place. i trained for 18 months roughly prior to prmc to gain a decent level of fitness. since passing prmc i spent the first 3 to 4 weeks celebrating going out on the lash more and more whilst at the ...
