POC- 1st May- PASSED
Well lads, I've done it!
It was a hard as I expected, and in parts even harder!
I'm going to write a small summary of my time there for anybody who's interested, but as Deadhead has already written a very comprehensive account, I will mainly talk about where my course was different ...

Sunday night meal at CTCRM
Can Deadhead or anybody else that knows tell me:
what time is the evening meal on the sunday before the POC?
Reason is I want to make sure I get a train that allows me to eat before bed
Cheers

POC 1st May
Anybody else going down on the 31st of April for the 1st May POC?
I've got my medical on the 5th April in Manchester, anybody from Manchester going to be there?
Also, what actually happens in the medical. [Jokes aside]
Cheers,
WbB

New POC info
I have just been for an interview with my CLO at the Manchester AFCO, and was told that as of recent:
Gym Test 1 at POC candidates are no longer required to press up, sit up or pull up to the bleep. It is in free time within 2 mins. All the other points/scoring is the same. Hope PO's find this useful.
