Lecconsfield isnt as bad as people make out, i didnt have any licence and in the space of 5 weeks i can now drive everything up to 50tonners!! Its nothing like trianing no inspections and all that crap just driving!! Yeah it gets ...

Cheers lads appreciate it, get my draft tomorrow i put 45 down and there was only another 2 who chose it as well so will probably get it. Just hope i get to go to Lecconsfield as there are only 24 places and 30 in our troop!

Finally done it

Well guys its been nearly 70 weeks and ive finally got to king squad, about time as well!

Its been a long hard struggle with the injuries ive had from week 3 with broken ribs to a broken elbow picked up in week 22 and a bad knee infection caught on Final Ex which put me in hospital for 3 weeks ...

Yeah good watch, I knew ML training was hard but that was unbelievable what they went through!, was quite impressed.

Breakfast is around 6ish and the run was done around half 7-8 so don't have to much!!

Cereal will do fine, Just make sure your hydrated and you'll be fine

P.s Don't wear gel it will only get in your eyes and if you fidget you get it hard!! LITERALLY! so its not worth it mate

Start doing sprints before hand mate, say about half the length of a football pitch 2-3 times and sprint on the spot 5-10 times for 10 seconds etc etc. Thats what it was like for me and whether you do or not try and do your runs early morning to replicate PRMC as well.

I think some lads are trying to analyse too much into how to train and what exercises to do. The best advise I was given - train to pass PRMC, and do it by training for the exercises you will be tested on. Everything else will boil down to your determination to succeed.

Afternoon all

Will try to put this across so it makes sense.

Anyway for the past 4 weeks I’ve been injured with me knee so haven’t been able to do any training apart from the boring press ups sit ups and pull ups etc which I hate doing as do most people!!
