Hey guys.

I have my RCB brief in April. I have done a few searches on the subject but wondered if anyone has any new advice etc for preparation. My fitness is more than adequate for this stage so more acedemic/interview/leadership advice would be appreciated.

Are you sure it was a ligament you injured because it sounds like you have runners knee? This is very common amongst guys building up big miles and is caused by inflammtion of the ITB (illiotibial band). This can be exageratted by excessive pronantion or tight ITB.

Thanks for the info! Bullying was something on my mind although i have never been the sort of guy to be on the recieving end of it. My friend is an army officer and he said it is totally unaccepted now especially after the deepcut issues.
