If they can hack the same training and harsh conditions as the blokes they're serving along side, then I see no reason for them not to be let in. So longs they have to do everything the guys do, and can do it, I really can't see a problem so longs as everyone's professional about it.

I work nights and I'm thinking of switching from 10 hour shifts to more 5 hour ones.
