september 11th is my birthday!
i have been on the course,its a really good insight into the physical side of training.

when i went up to perbright on 1st june all of the people who passed went and got trashed at the brookwood.including me

dont worry about being nervous.you will wonder why when you get there.

everyone there is in the same boat.

put in 110% and you cant fail.

you seem to have the fitness so just go up there and put in a good effort

the medical is alot of waiting around, you have to do a hearing test,eye test,body ...

i am going to start including alot more interval work in my training.i did some with a mate the other day and found it really good.might actually get my bft down under 8 mins

no mate elitefitness is a wannabe....lol
only joking he has asthma so can't join us as much i would like him to

What scores did you get?

i passed rsc on wednesday.i was at perbright (incase anyone wants to know exactly what goes on at rsc).
i did quite well i think- bft in 8:48,14 heaves,120 odd in all my lifts.we didn't do any sit-ups or press ups for some reason but i can do ...

i failed my mediacl on migrains i used to get a few years back.
i was told i could reaply in march (just gone) after 2 years clearance
march came around and i reapplied.
