Thought this might be the right place to post this, but was just wondering if it would be best to say that you had once taken taken drugs when asked.

Do you need to wear these new contacts every night i.e for an indefinate amount of time or just for a certain period? I heard of them ages ago and I think they actually alter the shape your eyeball...

To be honest m8. i know as much as you know on how they improve you're eye sight. all i do know ...

i'm still gonna give the exercise's ago, what harm could it possibly do. I'll do them until my medical next month, enough time to notice results. i'll keep ya posted!

hey lads

i seen awhile back in the paper that there are new contact lense's, which will improve short sightedness. You wear the contacts whilst you're a sleep and apparently they tighten the muscles that makes you're eye focus. I'm going to the optician on friday to get my eye's examined, i'll ask ...

i'll give the exercise's ago from now until i do medical for the marines see if there's some improvement. Probably have something like a whole month of training, so enough time to notice progress. :)

cheers mate,

i'll balance my protein and carbs throughout the day, best hav high carbs food for breakfast, then hav a evenly matched portion of Protein+Carbs for lunch and dinner, then at night have high protein food(mainly raw egg) :(

hi fellaz,

just wondering if any of u's know if its best to take high protein food in the morning before training or in the afternoon, oh and same with Carbs?

if you don't have any weights like i do then doing a commando press-up will improve both tri-biceps muscles just like the above picture very quickly :wink:

hey ash,
i just ask my pop's wot he did to prevent blisters, he said first break into them by just wearing them around the house and also wear two lairs of socks one being u're standard issued thick socks and a really thin pair that u would normally wear with a suit.
