will can you explain, i've just recovered from what i thought was at first a stress fracture to my foot, after an xray i was told it was just tissue bruising, its still not 100%. was told by my aunty to get a pair today, will they help?

my cpo told me after my interview that he had interviewed a guy the day before who, on being asked for the royal marines moto, said "who dares wins!"... saw him at the medical the following week, slightly red faced telling us the same story.

wildfire do you know which version you have? and what the version used is at the ctc? i just downloaded an mp3 version... did it over 20m. the first few levels are not a walk more like a jog, maybe i have the 15m version.

well done mate same thing happened with me last month put it to sixteen straight off, 2 minutes from end went to put it up higher and it wouldn't go. bit annoyed also, don't mind though i'll show what i can really do when i get down there

alrite ash i had had my prmc date booked in for may 3 would have been goin down with u. injured my foot a week after i got my letter through, back training now, test date booked in for 13 may. good luck, do some fartleks, get that 3mile time down, and you'll be fine.

ghost how fit is fit, a few pressups and situps now and then really isn't going to build up your upper body strength. go and have a chat with one of the couriers officers down at your nearest recuitment centre, have a rough plan of your weekly training schedule, he'll give you help with your ...
