10 = 15minute 1.5mile run

12km = 12 minute 1.5mile run

13km = 11.20 1.5mile run

Practice equations bud, there were loads of questions on equations.

Like x + 2x = 2x + y.

Then it gives you what x or y represents and asks you to work out the other 1. You get a choice of 5 possible answers though so its not too bad.

You will have to do the maths test if it is needed for any of your 3 job choices. I needed to do it for my 3rd job choice if i couldn't get my 1st choice and still had to do it.

There are 55 questions with 5 choices of an answer for each question. So you could guess some of the ones you don't know ...

If you can do 20 pull ups you will have no problem with lifting the 55kg.

It is easier than it sounds mate, everyone passed it when i was there.


Those scores are good.

I had shin splints when i was training and still got them but i still managed to train successfully, bit of swimming and boxing ...

The physical tests we done where -

Heaves

Back Extension (you get strapped in and you have to push your back forward as far and hard as you can) - 2 attempts

Static lift (Bar on floor, and you have to pull it up as hard as you can and you get a computer read out) - 2 attempts.

How long till basic will it be after passing rsc

Hi, i have just passed rsc and i was wondering how long it will take for me to start basic training.

I have 2 questions.

When is the earliest date i will be able to start.

When is the latest date i will be able to start without having to go back to rsc?

I went to my interview today to see if i was good enough to go selection process.

My Careers advisor said i would be ok with no problem, but in the interview, the interviewer said i wasn't answering questions fully, and i needed to practice giving full answers and to come back next week.
