Just to let you know that today (9th May) was the Race For Life Cancer Research 5k run in Rhyl.. And even though it was unbelievably windy and got very wet each time the tide came crashing over (typical welsh weather) I managed to complete the course in 29mins 16seconds..

Ive just sent an application off to Grantham and was just wondering what the process is from here onwards.. Ive just found out that both my referees have received the references and have sent them back.. Can someone tell me what happens next and how long it may take?

Reading through all the responses Ive noticed that theres no mention of female standards.. Do females have to run 1.5miles in under 13.5?ProfLiebstrom wrote:Just got an email from the TA today.
