No mate, there are two different weights simulated as if you were placing a bergan onto the back of a truck. its a weight of about 30lbs and then 56lbs of which you got to lift and then above your shoulders if you get that? if you looking for paras/infantry etc you should easily be able to lift the ...

Alrite, I went to pirbright last week so things should be the same. You arrive and will undertake a medical firstthing, you will then go to the gym to complete numerous tasks such as
Jerry can carry
Pull ups
Back strength
and a weight thing. there mite be one more cant remmeber!
then we had tea ...

yeah you prob will then, we had a few people from london way there when i was, so your mile and half is good already then, before i went RSC i was runnig it in 10 minutes but luckily managed to get 9.15 when i was there

Have you not decided yet thought you was joning the PARAS, well just make sure the regiment you pick is the one you really want, dont let anyone else try to persuade you otherwise,

Yeah thats wright, you will have an final interview with an officer then they will place you on a course. I did my RSC a week later
