I have no doubt you have a 12 inch penis and are built like the terminator.


Regarding the time spent at the gym, of where I attend to socialize some-what also, the actual lifting time accumulated is probably around 30 minutes

I run 12-20 miles daily, with 2 hours of weights at the gym, with 2/3 days rest a week.

Matt, Im impressed!
You are telling us all that you run min of 48 miles a week, (just under two marathons) and a max of 100 miles ( nearly 4 marathons) a week ...
... or do you have more rest days on the ...

thanks guys. I have read more about it on the net and it definately seems like this.. This completely sucks, as i wanted to finish this 8 week training and then apply for the paras.

But i've heard there is a long waiting list, so i'm sure i will have plenty time to train anyway.
