Yeh thats right..the cold air seems harder to breath. I much prefer running in about 15 degrees or something like that its perfect. With regards to car fumes and also runnig past fast food places make me want to throw up.

I am though, thats the thing.

Some days I do 1.5 miles it in 8:45 and then I can have a shit day and do it in 9..like today. Does this happen to anyone else or am I just physiologically strange?

Also it seems to happen when its cold..my times are a bit worse in the cold weather. Nothing to do with warming up or being a fanny ...
