chased by black bear in Canada too, went a bit too close to take a pic, guess teddy-bear didn't agree with being a model .

last year got chased by Flippy, male adult elefant,
and later on got chased by Fumpy, other male adult elefant, in Sath Iffrika. Good job ranger had done an F1 course ...

if you have time and some money, i recommend a trip to NZ.
I went there a couple of years ago, and had the time of my life, trekking, white water rafting, bungee, etc... you name it they've got it.

If you really want to find AM - or any other current serving members of the regiment - they are really very easy to recognise.

They're the guys walking around Hereford with a large black strip of cardboard across their eyes...
