Hello mate, the "green bible" is the Potential Royal Marines booklet you get from the AFCO when you apply. It's like a Pre-PRMC guide to fitness.

As for your age, at 22/23 you'll have a bit more life experience which should stand you in good stead.

rv8, I did my PRMC in July, on the Friday, we ran down to the platform around 11, and were in Exeter by 1130. However, due to the train being full, some lads couldn't get on & had to wait for the next train (an hour, I believe). Listen to the duty Cpl, get all your admin done ASAP and you should...
