Someone tell me if I'm wrong but it looks as though you are looking at joining The AGC.
If so then the fitness standards required are at the bottom end of the scale. I think you can run a 1.5 mile in 15 minutes and still get excepted into basic training. Still you will have to improve on ...

Mininum standards of fitness and my fitness routine
Hi i live in Australia and looking to join Britsh Army, just recieved my info pack and but cant seem to find any actual standards of fitness just to get into basic training, found some info on this forum but it doesnt seem to be clear?
