hey dont worry about, i joined TA infantry having done little excercise since school but the fitness isnt anything to sweat over. 1st u do a LAL wkend (look at life). on this u should do as many sit ups and press ups in 2mins and a mile and a half run. although they do set limits, these are just a ...

odd question
im currently an officer cadet in the army, i joined the army whilst im at uni because the RAF only cater for pilots (for students at uni atleast). now 2yrs (4 yr course) on i have obtained over half my PPL. my question is am i able to transfer to a RAF squadron to complete my training and/or keep up ...
