Thanks for the feedback K_d. I've been doing this schedule for a few
weeks now and it seems to be going ok. Yes I do miss the odd session -
if I'm feeling a little tender anywhere I go easy the next day or drop a run.

Be very careful about that tho. Over stretching without sufficient warming up first is itself a very high cause of achilles tendonitis. It's like some bizarre 'Man from UNCLE', 'New Avengers' or 'Fu Manchu' (showing my age here now :) ) TV plot where teenagers are mesmerised into reacting to key words and turn into suicidal automatons bent on killing their named target. Unfortunately theres no Max Smart to put paid to the bad guys ...
