i herd about the 1.5 mile run in 15 minite you so 2 minites run then 1 minite walk you do all that with your team then you do have to do the run back which is the same distance of 1.5 miles do they still do that??? thank you

im 15 me and my mate both did it togeter it was all on flat ground tho so im not sure if thet would make a diffrence

yer i did a 1.5 mile run to see how i would do and i got 11 mins i am hopeing to get at the most 10 mins. :D :D

so your sayin we have to take up the whole day just doin push ups :roll: errrr no, why dont you go to the gym for 2 hours thats what me and my mate do and we feel it is really helping us and it only takes up two hours we do that like twice a week instead of all day everyday doing push ups.
