I have recieved my forms for my PRMC and it is requireing my measurements again... next to where it says foot size it says cm. do i actualy measure my feet in cm or just put down my size??

DAY 1- run 1.5 mile + pyramids

DAY 2- weight training/cardio training

DAY 3- run 1.5 mile + pyramids
