Never even a ticket DA. My leaving docs say my conduct was exemplary.

It is a shame that the RAF coppers I did meet, of all ranks, made such a poor impression but that might be down to the quality of people joining at the time, late 80's / early 90's. After all there have got to be one or two good ...

Blimey, what a proper detective you must be - me at university, thanks guv'nor

Please feel free to mock us whilst standing in your glass palace!
In fact no, I'm not even going to humour you!

Thanks, German railways of the period are absolutely fascinating!

Mock the plod ? It's not much of a challenge but ...

Just returning a little to the topic, yeah The RAF Police have some bad apples, but so does every trade. But sometimes even the nicest copper gets wound up by a snotty git.

Blimey, I thought this thread had been put to bed long ago, but since I've found it again, and since I've popped in after my long travels around the internet I'm willing to match wits with any scuffer (a bit of a one sided battle but I'll risk it for a biscuit  ).

So plod chaps, how are your ...

I joined the RAF after leaving 6th Form and spent my 19th birthday at Swinderby preparing for CO's inspection :D

We had a lad on my intake who was in his late 20's and he was very much the 'old man' of the group. Most of us were between 18 and 22. The older lads tended to get singled out as room ...
