Yeah i've heard that eating late on does decrease fitness levels, not sure if my mate was taking the piss though. Eating late into the nite does help you add on lots of body weight, coz that body does not burn off the callories as all it is doing is sleeping. Best this is not to eat late on but if ...

Got a question, its probably a stupid one, but it needs clearing up anyway.. I have been told that there is only a couple of POC dates within 1 year, is this true or are there lots. i have just recently sent in my app form, how long should the whole process take before i recieve my POC date and ...

Training Partner Required

Just finished Uni and i'm currently training for next years intake for the POC, just woundering if anyone was from the Catterick area in North Yorkshire and needs a training partner for those long endurance runs. I'm finding it tough to keep motivated on my own. :-?

Anyway, i'm having a problem improving my maximum number of sit-ups. back in 2000 i had appendix op and only last year i had a hernia operation aswell, since then i've had a real problem completing more than 50. Any ...

no, im a member of the JJB gym near the UGC! the only reason is that its got a pool and i know quite a few fit birds that go there! :P

TRAINING PARTNER IN MIDDLESBROUGH REQUIRED???

Just inquiring if there's anyone from middlesbrough that wants a training partner to train for the PRMC or the POC intake this year. Its getting harder and harder to stay motivated to go for long runs.

Yeh i have been using it for about 2 month now, and i can say that i have increase my lean muscle mass considerably. The problem is that i am now nearly fifteen stone, but i've improved on all aerobic and anaerobic activities.
Its good stuff!!

does anyone know how i can train for my POC bleep test without an actual tape. If this is not possible where could i get my hands on one.

any advice would be appreciated.
