Yes you do phase 1 and 2 at Catterick, depending on your training program im not sure what week because we finished phase 1 on week 12. P-comapany is roughly 2 weeks. Rick. Ps during serious training is it a good idea to quit the booze? or is like a sat night out on the town going to destroy my hard work? If you have passed PRAC and awaiting a date to come depot i wouldnt touch booze. It wont kill you having one or two, i diddnt drink till i passed week 6 and went on ...

Tattoos arnt a problem, like someone mentioned its not a good idea getting one on the hands or neck up, also don't show up on day 1 with a para badge on your arm..

You can increase your speed by doing lapost to lapost sprints, or jogging lenght weighs of a football pitch and sprinting the width.

this is just for everyone to see wot type of training everyone has been doing...... if it is been running more than body work or swimmming more than running :) thnks You need to be running alot, not just a gentle jog, get out your comphat zone. The last platoon that passed out went to 1 para except for 2, 1 was under 18 and i dno about the other person. If they need men to go in 1 para then the people who pass out will go there..

There all friendly guys at my carrers office, so it was more of a get to no thing then an interrogation. Yea they will ask how often do you workout, what do you do in your spare time etc. It's nothing to worry about!
