If you change the compatability settings on the shortcut in XP it helps, you will also need to reduce the resolution.
It works fine for me and I am XP based, the writing can be a little hard to read, but it DOES WORK FINE.

Just found out that the only way I will ever get myself in the armed forces is to: 1. The MOD reduces the restrictions on Laser Eye Surgery full stop within the next 5 years. 2.
