This man lives beside my granny and he used to break MOD vehicles and I remember he used to have ArmyLandrovers and other MOD vehicles - trailers and the like. His place was a real goldmine. I havent been there in years but I believe he is still at it. It is well worth giving him a call.

Endurance
What is the recommended distance that you should run to build up your endurance levels? I'm running just over six miles (49 mins). Is that enough or do I need to be running farther?
