Yes , I think that more people are becoming aware of PTSD now in the UK. It has not gone unnoticed that a high percentage of 'rough sleepers' on the UK's streets are ex-forces too. Totally out of proportion to their numbers in the wider community. Now why is that ?

I still think that the term ...

Apparently local councils do have to pay for treatment. I remember Defence Minister ,Geoff Hoon speaking at Rochdale RBL, during the last General Election. He said he would 'get the issue sorted out ' of swift treatment being dependent on which Local Authority you reside in.

Sheffield Council kept ...

Apparently, the VC can only be awarded if an officer see's the action. In the SAS for example, they hardly ever see the Ruperts. That's not to say Ruperts can't be good enough.

Gerry Adams.........

a guest in Maze when I was there. He is a very tall guy(6ft.4"ish) with a lefty wooly hat as it was at the time. He always used to attack the nearest on the right, as he was led out of the nissen huts. So we had our 'hardest bloke' plus a big dog, and some of his friends there ...

Colin Powell, Halle berry and Tiger Woods are not black. In the case of 'Tiger' he is three- quarters chinese. Why does the media focus on his part black ancestry ? The other two are of 'mixed race'.

Yep, thanks for that. But they are 'virtual' Royal Engineers. I am attached to the Armoured Engineers website. We seem very 'thin on the ground' for the biggest Corps in the British Army.
