Alright, ive got my PRMC on the 27th Sept aswell. Im really looking forward to it. Think ive of got a bit of work to do yet though.

I completed my Bronze and Silver DofE with the Air Cadets. I left before i got a chance to complete the Gold. I only ended up doing the Gold Practice Walk.

thanks for the advice, i do train every week, its just that if i do to much now, it'l be hard to keep it up which is why im trying to build my fitness up slowly to get to a high level by the time i finish uni.
i take part in football and cricket at uni so thats also keeping me fit.

Im a year and a half away from joining, currently at uni, so ive got a while to wait. plenty of time to get fit though!

ive got about 1 1/2 years to wait as i am going to join as im in uni, its hard to keep training, when you know uve got ages to wait. so im just trying to keep it simple for now and just do the basics for the next 9 months or so
