Running is high impact whereas swimming is low. Doing to much running is often the cause of injuries, so I tend to mix it up a bit. Doing 3 runs a week and two swims. I think the six miler at low intensity is pretty good because it works your legs and ankles out making them stronger.

We were then given all the details and he chatted about the contract and how hard it's going to be.
Then I had to have a 2nd interview ...

Fitness isn't all of it aswell, they are looking for determination. If you haven't got this then it doesn't matter how fit you are. They somehow manage to push even the fittest people to their limits just so they can look how determined they are and how they are able to push themselves when ...

You go by train unless you live a long way from CTCRM. Say Scotland then you get a plane and then train.

I joined a gym Jan03 and have been going at least 3 times a week every week ever since (other than PRMC week) and I still love going. Mine only costs £20 a week because I'm a student. When I first started I couldn't do many press ups or pull ups at all, but now I can do 70-80 press ups and 15-20 ...

I used to get them a lot, but the more I run the less I seem to get them. When I used to get them I would just speed up, then it just seemed to go. I think that some of the stitches were to do with me having a chippy not long before I went running as I wanted to put on a bit of weight.

You will be able to get a date after your exams. I passed my PRMC on 30th Jan and applied for a date after my A-level exams. So I start basic on 5th Jul.
