i did use the grand search facility, and could not find the answers to my questions.

i always search for an item b4 i make a post as i know its irritating, and so far ive posted on few topics and none that i know theres an answer to beforehand

please no suggestions on rambo knives etc , or special issue fighting order etc which might be allowed in units but not in training. thrust of post is making life easier for nod/recruit.

first of all HOW blind are you? you might be able to get in without it...if so thats what id recommend.then get it done after 6 months in after completing basic training.(they can still throw u out of chosen corps/regt up to 6 months in so u end up in sh1tty regt not of ur choice)

thanks guys. im not actually injured at the moment, i used to get injured all the time until i changed my style,got good trainers and did supplemental strengthening exercises.

will start some interval training to increase raw speed and see if this has an effect.lampost to lampost or sprint the ...

im starting at ATR Winchester in mid-november, so 5 weeks away. im fairly fit, but am i fit enough?

im currently running 3miles on roads in 24 mins(hilly course), every other day.then go to gym to bike 15 mins or x-trainer.
