Help with pains in legs

Hi Guys,

I have been out of training for the last two weeks due to pain in both my legs in behind my shin after I run, the following day I can hardly walk. As I said I have not been training but due to start tomorrow again as I have my selection at the end of the month.
Does anyone have any tips on ...

How long?

Does anyone know haow long it takes the RAF info pack to arrive, i ordered it of the website and its been nearly 4 weeks?, i think i'll have to give them a ring.

Dont use creatine if your about to start basic, yes you will put on weight but that weight is just water retention in your muscles as soon as you stop taking it you will loose that weight. Protein or weght gainners is your best bet.

Alright mate?, buy a tub of weight gainner and take it when you get up, after your workout and before you go to bed. This should help you pack on the pounds :D .Where i live i can get a 5kg tub for around £20.

i'm from round that part of the country to. At first i wanted to join as a loadmaster but for some reason i would rather be stuck in a field somewhere as hopefully a gunner.
Does anyone know how long it takes the application to come, applied for it online and its been over two weeks?.

same as this b-tec, its the same as two a levels i think. the only good thing is that it is only assignment based so i have no tests to do!happy days.

Hey will i get travel expenses paid for if i travel for the medical and the PGAC course, and has anyone ever travelled from n.ireland, because i dont have a clue on how to get there. cheers jim

cheers lads i am currently working on a three day split mon wed fri and do running every other day
