My info comes from my PRMC and all the others I've seen in the gym since as long as you don't have your arms really wide they won't say much. how ever you are there to impress and if you can do it with your arms tucked in you would be marked higher for it

I stopped drinking about 4 or 5 months before but apart from that I eat what I liked. I don't eat Doner kebabs or that but a good Mc Ds alwawys tastes nice.

Besides when you get into training you'll be down dutchies each night asking for a plate of grease

USMC :170,000 men has more aircraft than our RAF and its own ships

Royal Marines : 7,000 Men

You cannot compare them just on face value I'm sure you could find 7000 USMC as good as Royal

Lets just be glad that they fight with us

(We're definatly better as we don't have woman)

Thank you and Goodnight

In true Oscar style before I embark tomorrow I would like to say a few words.

I would like to say thank you to Jay for running such a good sight, it is a great resource for people like me who are joining to calm their nerves and find out little bits of info that they probably never needed.

I would ...

Nothing unusual just pricy little things like 6 coat hangers prefrebly wooden £7 a pack of 5 at argos! I was told they reccomend bringing a Mini Maglite down on the PRMC,

Stuff like that adds up!

No news on troop yet

One word of advice the list of things you have to buy before you go to begin training is quite long so make sure you have some cash saved up.
